    Register a question to the meeting provided with its full information: collegial body name, description and reasoning, explanations and comments, additional files. Each question is registered with an automated setting of the registry number

  • Approval designer

    Ability to build the approval route, choose the approval type (serial, parallel or mixed), define approvers, and configure or use predefined templates of approval stages. While approving, there is a possibility to leave comments on resolutions and send them for revision

  • Agenda

    Automated establishing of agenda by approved questions and full information about the meeting: date, place, participants and speakers, questions to debate on, files, resolution projects
