Our team got a challenge from the Globus Bank with a request to automate document workflow and related business processes and create an electronic archive of documents. The implementation of two softXspace line products at once provided a wide range of integration opportunities and turned the ordinary routine work of the bank team into a modern space in a short time and with minimal spending. As a result, the bank received: elimination of documents loss and convenient search, minimization of costs for maintaining a paper archive, time reduction for document approval and signing from 2-3 weeks to 1 hour, elimination of leakage of confidential data, increased efficiency of workflow simplifies the work with archival documents, etc.
