ProCredit Bank set a range of tasks for our team: create a solution that could provide automation of business processes of lending management as well as automation of back-office employees' workplaces, and also convenient and safe storage of client cases. MS SharePoint was chosen as a platform for implementation due to its capability of automation any complexity business processes. Thanks to a well-chosen stack of technologies and a professional soft Xpansion team, it was managed to make a solution and configure integrations with internal bank systems (ABS, data showcases) in a minimal time. This solution brought the bank closer to work centralization as a whole and completely solved the tasks for our team. The bank has seen the benefits just in a month of using the system: labor costs were reduced, control quality was improved, and the time was unleashed for using it by managers for more meaningful purposes
