Nurbank asked us to solve their problems with document storage and processing. To perform this, our team implemented a ready-to-go product of the softXspace line — the electronic document archive softXspace Archive, which was capable of providing solutions to the mentioned bank's issues. Thanks to the professional work of our team on the integration of the softXspace Archive system with the automated banking information system (ABIS of the bank), the bank's management quite soon noticed improvements from the implementation: structured storage of documents in electronic form, which excludes their loss and promotes an easy search of documents, and minimization of paper archive support costs. Also, improving the document workflow efficiency has simplified the processing of archival documents in general
