IT Partnership with soft Xpansion

ING Bank chose soft Xpansion to build a corporate portal and a business intelligence solution for their electronic archive. These IT solutions for banks are built on Microsoft SharePoint platform, with deep integration into internal banking systems (core banking, data showcases).

What Was Implemented

• Corporate intranet portal with personal employee workspace, Service Desk, HR module, and full-text search across company resources
• Electronic document archive with a business intelligence subsystem for consolidated reporting across countries
• End-of-Day module — monitoring employee compliance with routine procedures and processes
• Project office management system on SharePoint with centralized monitoring of active projects and project risk management
• Publication of cross-currency rates, NBU/Bank regulatory documents, and multi-level access control (interbank information and department-specific data)
