IT Partnership with soft Xpansion

Our team was challenged by Piraeus Bank to automate two directions of the bank's operations simultaneously — record-keeping with business processes and collegial body operations with voting capability. The implementation of IT solutions for banks on the Low-Code/No-Code platform softXspace provided broad integration capabilities and transformed the bank's routine work into a modern digital environment in a short time and with minimal costs.

What Was Implemented

  • Document management system — automation of incoming, outgoing, internal documents, orders, and minutes of the bank
  • Procurement management system — custom procurement workflow with automation of household contracts (preparation, request approval, review, and authorization)
  • Collegial body portal — automation of 12 collegial bodies, the management board and bank committees with electronic voting subsystem
  • Unified corporate standard of information presentation for governance body members
  • Legally binding document workflow with qualified electronic signature (QES) support

Results

  • Two key bank operations automated simultaneously
  • 12 collegial bodies transitioned to digital format with electronic voting
