Raiffeisen Bank came to us with a number of problems, the main of which were high costs for the paper document distribution, their loss, and the inconvenient and lengthy process of processing credit applications by the bank. To solve these problems, our team developed two solutions: the Archive of client cases and the System for examining large business credit applications. Thanks to the well-chosen technological stack and the professional soft Xpansion team, it became possible to implement solutions fast and set up integrations with other banking systems to establish the concept of a "united client". This made it possible to bring the bank closer to the centralization of work and overall achieve significant results
