RISOIL S.A. was founded in 2000 in Geneva, Switzerland. Over the years of its development, the company has opened offices and launched production in a number of EU countries and in Ukraine. RISOIL S.A. turned to us with a request to set up and automate the processes of conducting the company's contractual activities. The ideal solution to such a request was the implementation of a ready-to-go product from the sXspace line - the contract management system softXspace Contract for Microsoft 365. Thanks to it, our team managed to implement all very quickly, and also to set up the integration with the online services of YouControl to verify counterparties and automatically obtain data about them. The first results were not far: the noticeable reduction of time for preparing and approvement a contractual documentation package, simplification of the various departments' employees' interaction while working on contracts, elimination of errors due to processing of outdated versions of documents, etc.
