PJSC Dongorbank is a part of the financial corporation SCM Finance. Bank branches operate in ten regions of Ukraine. The bank’s clients are individuals, commercial organizations, large corporations and other financial institutions. In terms of financial performance, the bank is one of the twenty-five largest banking institutions in the country
Dongorbank turned to our team with the task of solving problems of customer document storing and also of the bank chancellery functioning. In order to solve these tasks, it was decided to implement the Archive of client cases solution and the electronic document management system Kancelaria. Thanks to the professional soft Xpansion team, it became possible to implement the solution fast and allow the bank to operate with new abilities. Just after a month, the bank's management noticed significant results and benefits from the implementation: financial costs decreased by 27.5%, employee efficiency increased by 60%, easy operating for up to 1,000 users working at the same time, and more than 220,000 client dossiers were in the archive, and 90% of clients' paper documents had been converted to electronic format
