Baltic City Council – a local self-government body of the Baltic City United amalgamated territorial community of the Odessa region of Ukraine
The city council turned to our company with several requests. The first request was to implement the softXspace Government electronic document management system, and the second one was to implement the "Citizen's Office" for citizens to receive services online. Thanks to the implementation of products that refer to the specifics of state and city bodies' work, and the professional work of our team, we managed to achieve in a short time such results as automation of main processes of office management, minimization of error risks while working on documents, increased employees' executive discipline and the interaction between citizens and authorities as well
