Kryvyi Rih City Council

The city council asked our company to implement a documents electronic archive and an external portal of the Center for Administrative Services "Visa" for receiving administrative and electronic services, as well as up-to-date information about the Center's activities. Also, one of the requirements of the local self-government body was integration with the document management system of the "Visa" Center. Thanks to the professional work of our team, it became possible to quickly achieve the main results: increase the Center's work efficiency, provide structured and safe storage of electronic documents, eliminate their loss, improve the interaction between citizens and authorities, reach more than 6,000 unique users of the web portal in 2021 and more than 26,000 page views
