Energodar City Council – a local self-government body of the Energodar City amalgamated territorial community of the Zaporozhye region of Ukraine
The city council turned to our company with a request for the automation of main business processes of record-keeping, personal reception and community activities setting, and also management and administrative functions. Besides, among the requirements of the local self-government body was the development of an individual process for each type of document and integration with the SEI EB. Thanks to the implementation of the ready-to-go softXspace line product — the softXspace Government electronic document management system, which was created regarding all the needs of state bodies, and the professional work of our team, we managed to achieve the following results in a short time: the main record-keeping processes were automated, more than 300 documents were processed for the even first week of product use, the error risks while working on documents were minimized, and the executive discipline of employees was increased
