Mariupol City Council is a local authority in the Donetska oblast of Ukraine

The city council asked our company to conduct better interaction of citizens and authorities and better cooperation between the city council employees. Considering tasks, the optimal decision was taken to implement the Internal portal and the softXspace Government: ASK system. After the successful implementation, the local government body managed to gain such results as easier task processing and cooperation between colleagues, an opportunity to work anywhere and anytime, reduction of operational costs and financial risks due to delays, acceleration and systematization in service request processing for employees, improved interaction of citizens and authorities
