Chortkiv City Council – a local self-government body of the Chortkiv city amalgamated territorial community of the Ternopilska region of Ukraine
The city council turned to our company with a request for the main business processes of record-keeping automation, and automation of personal reception and community events, as well as management and administrative functions. Also, among the requirements of the local self-government body was the development of an individual process for each type of document and integration with the SEI EB. Thanks to the implementation of the ready-to-go softXspace line product — the softXspace Government electronic document management system, which was created in reference to all the needs of state bodies, and our team's professional work, it was managed to quickly achieve such results as the main business processes automation, reduced employees' time spent on document processing (creation, approval, signing, resolutions executing), minimization of the error risks on documents processing, increased overall employees' executive discipline
