Rubizhne City Council is an administrative territorial unit and corresponding local authority within the Lugansk region of Ukraine

The city council turned to our company with a request for the automation of main business processes of record-keeping, personal reception and community activities setting, and also management and administrative functions. Besides, one of the requirements of the local self-government body was integration with the SEI EB. Thanks to the implementation of the ready-to-go softXspace line product - the softXspace Government electronic document management system, which was created regarding all the needs of state bodies, and the professional work of our team, we managed to achieve the following results in a short time: the performance of routine employees' work was accelerated, errors on working with documents were minimized, the employees' executive discipline increased, costs for printing documents were reduced, and correspondence with other organizations through the SEI EB system was accelerated
