Shakhivska ATC is a local self-government body that represents the common interests of fourteen settlements of the community in the Donetsk region of Ukraine
The city council applied to our company with a request to automate their main business processes of document workflow, personal reception and community events, management, and administrative functions. Also, one of the requirements of the local government body was the development of an individual process for each type of document. Thanks to the implementation of the ready-to-go product of the softXspace line — the softXspace Government electronic document management system, created with all the needs of state bodies in mind, and with the help of our team's professional work, we managed to achieve the next in a short time: the main workflow processes were automated, less processing document time by employees, minimized risks of errors in work on documents, increased the employees executive discipline
