soft Xpansion, as a developer of the software package for automation of the “Vulyk” Administrative Services Centers within the framework of the EGOV4UKRAINE project, took part in the conference “The Beginning of a New Partnership: The First Achievements and the Ceremony of Signing Memoranda”.
The conference was held by the international program “U-LEAD with Europe” and is devoted to the actual start of work with the executives of the Phase of the introduction of the “U-LEAD with Europe” program in the area of creation and modernization of the Centers for Providing Administrative Services.
During the conference, the results of the previous stages of the development of the Administrative Services Centers system were presented – the direction to improve the quality of service provision for the population of the U-LEAD Program with Europe, including the implementation of IT solutions for better management – the software complex for automation of the Centers for Providing of Administrative Services “Vulyk” at 10 of the Administrative Services Centers of Ukraine. Also plans for creation in Ukraine of up to 600 high-performance Administrative Services Centers in other united communities and small cities of Ukraine were discussed. The main point of the event was the signing of the Memoranda on the start of work with realizers of the Implementation Phase of the U-LEAD with Europe Program in the area of creation and modernization of the Administrative Services Centers with 122 communities from 24 oblasts of Ukraine.
soft Xpansion has become one of 400 conference participants, including community leaders and specialists in the field of administrative services, including the heads of 210 U-LEAD community partners from all over Ukraine, representatives of the Government of Ukraine and international partners.
