Project description
The Public Budget (Participation Budget) is an automated system that allows community residents to submit their projects and/or vote for those already submitted, thereby influencing the distribution of a certain share of local budget funds

Functionality
- Electronic registration of citizens who want to submit or vote for the project
- Electronic submission of projects based on a special questionnaire (the questionnaire can be configured individually for each community)
- Disclosure of project data and ensuring the possibility of voting for the project, recording the date and time
- Flexible settings for each community contest: categories, calendar plan, electronic questionnaire, etc.
- Ability to divide projects into types to configure voting conditions
- A tool for searching and sorting projects by various parameters (number, budget, number of votes)
- Ability to upload a list of projects and votes (for the primary administrator)
- Checking each vote to avoid duplication and performing pre-configured parameters
Implementation results
- An electronic system has been created that allows citizens to submit projects online for consideration by a local government body, view and vote for already submitted projects, thus influence the distribution of a certain share of local budget funds
- The solution is adapted for use on any platform that has modern browsers
- Optimized working with a large number of simultaneous users during parallel voting
