Project description

The Public Budget (Participation Budget) is an automated system that allows community residents to submit their projects and/or vote for those already submitted, thereby influencing the distribution of a certain share of local budget funds

Functionality

Electronic registration of citizens who want to submit or vote for the project
Electronic submission of projects based on a special questionnaire (the questionnaire can be configured individually for each community)
Disclosure of project data and ensuring the possibility of voting for the project, recording the date and time
Flexible settings for each community contest: categories, calendar plan, electronic questionnaire, etc.
Ability to divide projects into types to configure voting conditions
A tool for searching and sorting projects by various parameters (number, budget, number of votes)
Ability to upload a list of projects and votes (for the primary administrator)
Checking each vote to avoid duplication and performing pre-configured parameters

Implementation results

An electronic system has been created that allows citizens to submit projects online for consideration by a local government body, view and vote for already submitted projects, thus influence the distribution of a certain share of local budget funds
