soft Xpansion presented the electronic document management system in the Rubizhan City Council.
- The specialties of the soft Xpansion company presented the softXpace Government (sX-Space.Government) electronic document management system to the spy workers of the Rubizhansk city for the sake of the results, since the results were put into operation in the industrial-long term.
- The project was implemented within the framework of the programs “Democratic gvernence in Eastern Ukraine” (DG-East) for the financial support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
- The presentation is assigned to the results of the implementation of the system and the creation of special events, the main advantages of using EDM, the review of the functionality of the system and further development plans.
- Within the framework of the project, the softXpace Government (sX-Space.Government) system was adapted to the organizational processes of the Rubezhansky City Council, additional functionality was developed to set up the institution's own routes, training was provided for the executive committee specialists, and the necessary documentation for building the CSIS and conducting certification was prepared.
From the current day, the project is moving into a new phase - the phase of practical use. We are happy to congratulate our colleagues and partners on this event. This is another step towards the digitalization of the state. And we are proud to do it together with you!
