The Association turned to our company with a request for the automation of the main business processes of record-keeping and automation of management and administrative functions. Also, one of the requirements of the Association was the development of an individual process for each type of document with the possibility of their batch processing. Thanks to the implementation of the ready-to-go softXspace line product - the softXspace Government electronic document management system and the professional work of our team, we managed to achieve the following results in a short time: a reduction in the time of document processing by employees, minimized error risks while working on documents, and increased executive discipline
