The Ministry applied to our company with a request to automate their main business processes of document workflow, management, and administrative functions. Also, one of the requirements was integration with SEI EB. Thanks to the previous implementation of the ready-to-go product of the softXspace line - the softXspace Government electronic document management system and with the help of our team's professional work, we managed to achieve next in a short time: less processing document time by employees, a cost reduction in printing documents, minimized risks of errors in work on documents, increased executive discipline and accelerated correspondence with other organizations and subordinate central bodies of the executive power within the SEI EB system
