Dear colleagues, clients, partners, and friends!
In 2014, the initial russia’s military aggression forced our company, our Ukrainian office, and all of us personally to face the tough challenge, which we had accepted and steadily rebuffed. Since February 24, 2022, from the moment of the full-scale russian invasion of Ukraine, we got a second hard challenge. Today a massive large-scale brutal war with the true genocide of the Ukrainian people is going on. This war is conducted by the terrorist country — russia. A war where Ukraine and the whole world defend their rights for freedom, independence, democracy, and finally — right to life.
We all see what consequences the war has already led to — a lot of victims, destruction, and misery. Not to mention, we see how much more needs to be done for the victory. Right now, in Ukraine, we have continuous blackouts: interruptions with light, communication, and heating due to the fact that the enemy is constantly shelling all around and does not give the opportunity to fully live and work for us, our colleagues, clients, partners, and Ukraine’s economy of course. But against all of these, we still persevered, rallied, and gave the enemy a powerful rebuff again.
Our Team’s Resilience
All these events certainly affected our company too, but we also managed to rally and act as a solid team in the fight against difficulties and, despite everything, continue to work and develop! We express our great gratitude to the Ukrainian heroes, those boys and girls who are now defending Ukraine, defending the right of the Ukrainian people, the right of the country and the whole world to freedom and democracy. We are deeply grateful to you for the opportunity to live and work as of yesterday, today, and for tomorrow.

Even during the most challenging year in Ukraine’s modern history, soft Xpansion continued to serve its clients across banking, government, manufacturing, and agribusiness. Our team maintained technical support, delivered projects, and developed new solutions on the softXspace platform — proving that Ukrainian IT industry remains resilient and dependable.
