Among the conference participants were representatives of public organisations, high-ranking government officials, experts, innovation leaders, and leading IT vendors. The event provided a platform for acquaintance, development, discussion, and exchange of successful practices in digital transformation of the public sector.
What soft Xpansion Presented
At the conference, we presented two key products:
softXspace platform — our Low-Code/No-Code platform for digital transformation of organisations, automation of business processes, and establishment of a unified workspace. Conference visitors showed great interest in the ability to create competence centres where non-technical specialists can develop and adapt solutions without programming.
softXspace365 — our product line based on Microsoft technologies, designed for companies that already have a Microsoft 365 subscription. It contains everything needed to comprehensively automate business processes and build a unified workspace for daily work with tasks and documents in the Microsoft 365 environment.
Key Challenges the Platform Addresses
According to experts and guests of the conference, the softXspace platform helps solve critical government digitalisation challenges:
- Creating a state-level single platform for automating citizen–business–state interaction
- Rapid development of solutions without programming using Low-Code/No-Code tools
- Building a unified digital workspace for team collaboration across organisations
- Solving complex integration tasks — connecting various IT systems, enabling inter-agency interaction, and integrating with state registries
- Establishing competence centres for in-house solution development
The experience of using the softXspace platform demonstrates the possibility of creating and developing even complex, highly loaded solutions at national and corporate levels.
