soft Xpansion at the International e-Governance Conference 2023

Our team participated in the annual e-Governance Conference 2023, which was held in Tallinn, Estonia on May 30-31, 2023. The main topic of this year's conference was digital transformation using modern technologies and innovations to accelerate social change.
The e-Governance Conference 2023 is one of the most prominent events in the field of digital governance, and this year's meeting was no exception. It was visited by more than 580 participants from more than 90 countries, 60 speakers spoke, 5 master classes were held, and active work was conducted at 22 demonstration stands in the exhibition hall, including our company's stand! This was a record compared to previous years. Among the conference participants were representatives of public organizations, high-ranking government officials, experts, innovation leaders, and leading vendors of information technologies. This event has traditionally provided all participants with a platform for acquaintance, development, discussion, and exchange of successful practices of digital transformation in the public sector.
At the conference, we presented a new version of our own LowCode/NoCode platform softXspace for the digital transformation of organizations, automation of business processes, and establishment of a unified workspace. There was great interest among visitors in the possibility of creating their own competence centers for the development of solutions based on the platform for non-technical specialists could be able to create and develop solutions for automating processes without programming.
We also presented our new innovative software product,softXspace365 based on Microsoft technologies. It perfectly fits companies that already have a Microsoft 365 subscription. The product contains everything you need to comprehensively automate business processes and build a unified workspace for daily work with tasks and documents in the Microsoft 365 environment.
In addition to new and interesting acquaintances, participation in the conference gave us the opportunity to expand the network of partners, exchange experience with leading specialists in digital management, and coordinate plans and cooperation.
And here are the key challenges that, according to experts and guests of the conference, the platform allows to solve:
The possibility of creating a state-level single platform for automating the processes of citizen-business-state interaction
The rapid development of solutions without programming using LowCode/NoCode tools
The possibility of building a unified digital workspace for the teamwork of employees of organizations
Solving complex integration tasks, in particular providing interaction with various systems of companies' IT landscape, between organizations, and with state registers
Establishment of competence centers for further in-house independent development of solutions based on the platform
Overall, the experience of using the softXspace platform shows the possibility of creating and developing even complex, highly loaded solutions at the national and corporate levels.
