As part of a large project on integrated automation of business processes of Naftogaz, a national company, soft Xpansion created a solution for automating the work of a collegial body – Bidding Committee – on Nintex K2 platform.
The goal of the project was to create a solution that would ensure convenient and prompt formation of issues for consideration, organization of the collegial body meetings, processing of voting results, automatic generation of meeting minutes, formation of instructions and control of the implementation of decisions adopted.
The developed solution introduced a single corporate standard for presenting information, related, in particular, to work with user tasks, maintaining registers of issues, meetings and instructions to the Bidding Committee, as well as provided legal significance of documents due to the possibility of applying a qualified digital signature (QDS). At the same time, the solution allows employees to fully work outside the office and use all the system functionality from anywhere and at any time, which is very important and convenient in quarantine settings during a pandemic.

- Online organization of a Bidding Committee meeting from the preparation of documents to signing (using QDS) the minutes
